Where to locate your driver

 

Pick up from Copenhagen Airport

Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall after customs with a sign showing the name of the lead passenger.

If you have pre-arranged a VIP meet & greet the driver will be waiting at the gate at meet the passengers as soon as they leave the aircraft.

 

Pick up from hotel / apartment

 Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby showing a sign with the name of the lead passenger. 

Pick up from Cruise Ship 

Your driver will be waiting at the designated limousine pick up area at the cruise pier holding a sign showing the name of the lead passenger 

If you are unable to locate your driver at the requested pick up time, please call our customer service at +45 27 57 60 27.

 

Luggage

 

Please make sure that your luggage including any extras, will comfortably fit in the luggage compartment of the vehicle booked.  For security reasons

CPH Driven does not allow trolleys or suitcases in the cabin of the vehicle.

Luggage restrictions: 

Business Class vehicles - Max. 2 medium size suitcases  (max 69.0 x 47.0 x 30.0 cm) + 2 cabin size bags 

First Class vehicles - Max. 2 medium size suitcases  (max 69.0 x 47.0 x 30.0 cm)  + 2 cabin size bags 

Business Van - Max. 6 medium size suitcases  (max 69.0 x 47.0 x 30.0 cm)  + 6 cabin size bags 

CPH Driven reserves the right to reject clients with excess luggage. 

Waiting time and no-show

Pick up from Copenhagen Airport

Upon arrival Copenhagen Airport 60 minutes waiting time from actual flight arrival is included in the transfer price. If you are held up collecting your luggage,

please send one of your group to locate the driver or call our customer service line on +45 27 57 60 27. 

 

If the driver has not made contact with the passenger(s) within 60 minutes after flight arrival the booking will be considered as no-show and the

driver will leave the airport. Please note, that CPH Driven does not cover alternative transportation costs in this case.

Pick up from Hotel / Apartment

10 minutes waiting time is included in the transfer price.  If the driver has not made contact with the passenger within 10 minutes after the

scheduled pick up time the booking will be considered as no-show and the driver will leave. 

Pick up from Cruise Ship 

15 minutes waiting time from scheduled pick up time is included in the transfer price. If the driver has not made contact with the passenger(s) within 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time the booking will be considered as no-show and the driver will leave. 

Please note, that CPH Driven does not cover alternative transportation costs in this case.

Changes and cancellation

 

In case you need to cancel or reschedule your booking this is free of charge up to 24 hours prior to pick up/arrival.

 

Changes to pick up time and location is subject to availability.

 

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the arranged pick up time, the full amount will be charged.

Credit card payment

 

Credit card payment is available and subject to a fee of 2,75% – 4,95% depending on the type of card used. The credit card fee is charged by the payment system provider and will only appear on the credit card receipt and not on the invoice from CPH Driven.

 

CPH Driven uses a safe online payment system to keep your payment and credit card details as safe as possible.
